Sleeper Dimensions

70mm Sleepers, 1755 - 1800mm x 200mm x 70mm
80mm Sleepers, 1755 - 1800mm x 200mm x 80mm

70mm Sleepers

• Are used for Retaining Walls of up to 1.6 meters in height
• Are used in 200-400mm High (1 or 2 Sleepers High)
  Garden Beds, Garden Edgings and Veggie Gardens
• Are used in conjunction with 1 and 2 High Joiners only.
  

Any Retaining Wall over 800mm High (4 Sleepers High) – must use Steel Sections as Posts.

80mm Sleepers

• Can be used as posts in Retainer Walls of up to 800mm High
  (4 Sleepers High) Steel Sections must then be used as Posts
• Are used in Retainer Walls of over 1.6 meters in height.
  

Retainer Walls of a greater height than 2.4 meters can be individually engineered to suit almost any height.

Our Joiner System

Our Concrete Joiners are a fantastic alternative for commonly used bolts and screws of timber applications. These joiners are dug into the ground at approximately 150-250mm, they come in angled, straight or corner sections to enable almost any landscape design.

The 70mm Sleeper is then slotted into the joiner, depending on required height either 200mm or 400mm high (1 or 2 Sleepers high) – job complete, very easy!!
